Terms of Service

• 2-Hour Minimum: Applies to all 2-man services.
• 4-Hour Minimum: Applies to all 3-man team bookings.
• Billing After Minimum: Time is billed in 30-minute increments with an automatic discount applied to all time beyond the minimum charge.
• GST Included: All rates and charges are GST inclusive.

• No Hidden Fees: No callout fees and GST included.
• Minimum Charge Payment: The minimum must be paid by 5:00pm the day prior.
• Flexible Service Types: Available for labour-only jobs, deliveries, home moves and relocations.
• Truck Sizes: 1T vans, 2–3T, 4–6T and 8–10T trucks available, with optional 3rd mover.

no fuel levies, no travel charges, no return-to-base fees.

We offer same day moving services; however, please note the following important conditions:

• First Available Truck Only: Same day bookings are allocated strictly to the first available truck or team already operating in your area.
• Arrival Times Not Guaranteed: Even though the booking form asks for preferred times, all time preferences are ignored for same day bookings. Pickup occurs when the closest team becomes available.
• Possible Delays: As this is a late-notice service, delays may occur due to traffic, ongoing jobs, or team availability.
• Not Suitable if You Have Time Restrictions: If you need a fixed or guaranteed time, please call us before booking.
• Guaranteed Completion: Your move will be completed the same day. The nearest available team will finish their current job, head directly to you, and call on approach.

• The minimum charge must be paid by 5pm the day prior.
• Additional time is payable on completion.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Amex.
• Cash is not accepted.

What the 1T Van Is For:

• Fixed Price: $275 (Sydney Metro only)
• No Minimum Hire Time — flat-rate delivery service
• Fast, single-item or small-item deliveries only
• No regional or long-distance jobs

Important Item Limit:
If you have more than 1–2 items, this service is not suitable.
Use a 2–3T truck instead.

Truck Sizes, Heights & Access

2–3T trucks come in various lengths & heights, so carpark height clearance cannot be guaranteed.

However, your relocation will be completed even if we must park further away.
Movers carry all tools, trolleys, protective blankets & lifting equipment for fast and safe relocation under any conditions.

Truck Sizes, Heights & Access

4–6T trucks vary in height, width and length.
Height clearance cannot be guaranteed for underground carparks or restricted-access points.

Regardless of access, QuickMove will complete the relocation even if the truck must be parked further away.
Movers carry all professional equipment to ensure an efficient relocation.

8–10T trucks vary significantly in height, width and length.
They cannot enter most underground carparks or tight complexes.

Access limitations do not prevent completion — QuickMove guarantees the job will be done even if longer carry distances are required.

We provide soft padded blankets and mattress shrink wrapping free of charge.
Extra heavy-duty plastic wrap for lounges, TVs or delicate items is $10 per item.

A flat $20 per tollgate entry applies where toll roads are required.

Free rescheduling is available when requested at least 24 hours prior.
Less than 24 hours notice may require a new booking.

Cancellations must be made by 5pm the day prior.
Fully refundable.

• Goods in Transit: up to $100,000
• Public Liability: up to $20,000,000

Insurance covers damage during transit only.
Claims must be lodged within 24 hours.

$50 per person Fatigue Allowance may apply for steep driveways, stairs, long carries or difficult access.

Any of these suburbs or others in nearby will incur additional time for travel—either for our team to reach your location or return to base—along with a 10% fuel levy. The travel time will be added to the total on completion.

• Perishable or leaking items
• Infested or biohazard items
• Illegal items

QuickMove cannot guarantee access through tight or height-restricted entry points.
No insurance is provided for second-hand or pre-damaged furniture.
Some moves may require multiple trips.

Customers cannot travel in the truck.
No electrical work: No appliance connection/disconnection.
No plumbing work: No washing machine, dishwasher or tap disconnect.
No wall mounting: No removal or installation of brackets or fixtures.
